We ship all over Egypt

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours, at busy times this could take up to 2-4 days to process. Please note orders are only processed Sunday to Thursday, excluding Holidays. Orders placed after 12 pm will be despatch next working day.

Egypt delivery
We offer Two delivery options.

1. Standard delivery - 39LE (Anywhere in Egypt)
Average delivery time of 1 – 3 working days.

2. Next Day delivery (Cairo Only)
Average delivery time of next working day

We can only offer next-day delivery to Cairo for now.

4. Pick-up from Raslan Company - FREE
This is a PickUp service from our Company in Al-Obour. This is the only pick-up site; we do not offer Click and Collect from retailers selling our teas. For address details, please check our Contact Us page Or Call 0246300005.

Pick up on the same day for orders received before 3pm. For orders received after 12pm, pick up from the next day. Please do not arrive for pick-up without a confirmed time slot.

Customers must confirm their order number on collection.
